When you’re fighting the flu, you shouldn’t have to flight lines at the pharmacy. That’s why Alto transfers all of your prescriptions for free, and delivers them straight to your door.
But with an antiquated, impersonal voice, Alto struggled to attract new (and younger) customers. And when it raised $250M in series D funding, it knew it had to revamp how they talked and looked. I was tasked with translating the brand strategy into digital strategy, coming up with the TOV for the digital brand, and writing every page on the newly rebranded site.
